From design to delivery

A typical custom bag order moves through seven stages. Timelines are averages for a standard run of 5,000–20,000 bags — larger or highly custom orders may extend, and we confirm exact dates at approval.

  1. 1 · Design & spec

    Day 1–3

    Share artwork, bag type, dimensions, GSM, and color. We confirm print area, handle style, and roll math using Bag Sizer.

  2. 2 · Sample & approval

    Day 4–8

    A pre-production sample is cut and printed for sign-off. We match Pantone color and finalize fabric grade here.

  3. 3 · Fabric cutting

    Day 9–11

    Spunbond rolls are cut to the exact roll length from your approved spec, including wastage buffer for yield.

  4. 4 · Roll production

    Day 12–15

    Rolled fabric is laminated and finished into ready-to-cut rolls, each holding the flat pattern for your bag size.

  5. 5 · Bag cutting & print

    Day 16–19

    Rolls are cut into individual bags. Flexo or sublimation print runs inline, followed by handle attachment.

  6. 6 · Packing & QA

    Day 20–21

    Bags are flat-packed in cartons, counted against the order, and QA-checked for print, handle, and fold integrity.

  7. 7 · Dispatch & delivery

    Day 22–25

    Packed cartons ship via container, LCL, or air parcel with a packing list and QA sheet. Tracking is shared on dispatch.
